Are you feeling alone with your struggles? Are you open to change? I am an accepting and committed therapist with 28-years experience serving clients from many cultural backgrounds. My clients struggle to adjust to major life changes, loss, trauma, conflicts with their spouse or families. Many of my clients live with post-traumatic stress. Often these symptoms stem from anger, abuse, violence, and lack of communication skills. Together, you and I will work to move you to a place of wellness. I see clients ranging in age from 8 yrs to adult. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My specialty is in Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. Areas of special interest include: First responder wellness; Stabilization of acute and extreme stress caused by trauma, natural disasters or tragic events; Grief, Chronic Illness, and Cultural Acclimation. I also specialize in relationship-building for couples through improved communication skills.
