I have been working with individuals, couples and families for 20+ years. My approach is warm, inviting, and one sprinkled with hope. I hold the belief that everyone deserves a little grace at the lowest moment of their life. My life passion and vocation are sitting with those who need guidance, empathy, and compassion. I help individuals, couples and families work through life transitions that cause stress and tension in their relationships. I have experience working with a variety of issues such as: parenting, single parenting, communication difficulties, stress, anxiety, as well as individuals who might have difficulty setting and maintaining healthy boundaries.
