I am experienced working with individuals and couples from a relational, inclusive, and trauma-informed place. I am a believer that our sexual identities are an essential component of our personhood. My goal as a sex and relationship counselor is to create a safe place for clients to learn how to overcome trauma on a journey towards enjoying their own sexuality to the fullest. I am experienced working from a sex-positive lens to discuss how healthy boundaries, communication, and self-acceptance can enhance our lives. Adults, couples, sexual health, individual psychotherapy, group therapy, psychosexual evaluations. Eclectic approach: Client-centered, psychodynamic, existential, behavioral, CBT, EMDR, DBT, systems, as tailored to the client’s needs.
