I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including private practice, academia and community health. I use a person-centered and strength based approach along with the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused therapies. I have expertise treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, phase of life issues, work and academic stressors, and relationship problems. I offer warmth, curiosity, humor, an open mind, and unconditional positive regard to all my clients. I provide a safe space to take positive risks and create lasting change.
