Life does not come with an instruction manual, that would be too easy. I believe therapy is a personal journey that should be tailored for each patient. I use several therapeutic techniques to individualize my sessions and assist my patients in forming lasting growth. I have several focuses including; men’s mental health, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, and sex therapy. I have a heavy focus on childhood trauma and inner child work. I am a certified sex therapist with the state of Florida. Together, we take a deep dive into life’s complexities to find healing through inner strength. My style of therapy is different as I am very direct, utilizing honesty and openness. We look back through life to identify past wounds that have created negative patterns interfering with your peace. Through this processing, new patterns are tailored for you.
