My ideal client is tired of pretending they’re fine. They’ve learned to smile through the anxiety, overthinking, or numbness that hides how lonely they really feel. They crave honesty, depth, and a space where they don’t have to hold it all together. My clients are often healing from old wounds like family patterns, shame, or the pressure to be “enough.” They want to understand themselves, feel at home in their body, and finally breathe without the weight they’ve carried for years.
