COPE Psychological Center is an outpatient mental health treatment center focused on providing individualized evidence-based treatment for a variety of presenting concerns. We are a generalist treatment center that is able to provide a breadth of services, but our providers have particular specialties in treating trauma, addiction, and general mood disorders (e.g. depression and anxiety) for both individuals, couples, and families. We know how difficult it can be to find the right therapist and to find the right treatment, which is why our goal is to create a safe space where you get both in one place. Our providers are trained and certified in many treatments designed to help meet your needs. We aim to integrate the skills and foundations of these treatments to your personalized needs, so that you can have the skills, tools, and insights necessary for you to move your life in the direction you desire.
