Cor Cordium is “heart of hearts” in Latin, and that’s where I believe our truest selves live. We’re wired for connection, and deep down, we often know what we long for—our hopes, desires, and dreams. But life can blur that clarity. Whether it’s due to pain, stress, or simply the pace of life, it’s easy to lose touch with that inner knowing. My role is to help you reconnect with that space—your heart of hearts—and move toward becoming the person you were created to be. I love walking alongside clients who are ready for meaningful growth, and I’m passionate about helping you heal and thrive in your daily life and deeper inner world. My approach is grounded in attachment theory—I believe healing happens through connection. I’m trained in several trauma-informed modalities including EMDR and Havening, and these tools help create lasting change by working holistically with the mind, body, and nervous system. We'll work together to come up with a plan which honors your pace and process.
