Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, and typically blends psychodynamic therapy with CBT, DBT, and executive function skills training and/or coaching. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. I work with clients with a range of symptoms and diagnoses, most commonly anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life changes, ADHD, perinatal mental health (pregnancy through postpartum), eating disorders, and trauma.
