I specialize in working with adults navigating intimate partner violence, substance use, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, complex trauma, and issues related to LGBTQIA+ identities and gender exploration. If you've experienced trauma and notice a disconnect between your thoughts (head) and your emotions (heart), I have found EMDR to be incredibly helpful and have seen amazing growth, healing and change. I'm trained in DBT and currently accept clients with a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder. I also work with clients who are healthcare workers, as well as individuals who are facing chronic or life limiting illnesses.
