Thanks for taking the time to visit my profile! I believe therapy is a deeply powerful tool that allows us to recognize and change ineffective patterns in our lives to become more connected, fulfilled versions of ourselves. Just as I expect my clients to take the risk of bringing their authentic selves into the room, I bring myself to our sessions too--in the form of humor, candor, and empathy. I see all kinds of people, but I especially enjoy working with moms of young kids, teens and adults struggling with disordered eating and body image, and NICU moms.
