Hello love. I am so glad you are here and I would feel honored to support you along your healing journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Energy Medicine Practitioner. Most of us weather through a variety of experiences throughout our lives that lead us to feel insecure, unworthy, and fragmented, leaving us with a deep heart ache that can manifest as fear and anxiety, depression, trauma and a chronically overactive nervous system. I offer holistic therapy to support my clients in healing their mind, body, and spirit.
