I specialize in working with clients ages 17 to 45 who are experiencing transitions, relationship difficulties, struggles with setting goals, or cultivating a positive mindset. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your vulnerabilities. I use a cognitive-behavioral therapeutic (CBT) approach.
