I have over a decade of experience in the mental health field working as a community-based counselor, outpatient therapist, mentor, parent coach, and clinical supervisor. My original training was rooted in Structural Family Therapy that allowed me to work with children, adolescents, families, couples, and adults. Over the past few years, I have provided outpatient therapy and operated as an Anti-Racism Coordinator in order to facilitate cross racial conversations and create a healthy, safe, and diverse environment within the workplace.
