My ideal client is someone who feels stuck in patterns of self doubt, overthinking or emotional overwhelm. They may even appear "high-functioning" on the outside, they may be capable of managing work, school or family but may have intense feelings of anxiousness, unfulfillment or disconnect. They are not just seeking symptom relief, but also insight into the deeper emotional and relational patterns that shape their daily life. An ideal client values personal growth and is open to reflection, self-discovery and change. They may struggle with self-esteem issues, anxiety or low motivation.
