I currently provide telehealth services to teens ages 13-17 & adults 18+ who struggle with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, grief/loss, & behavioral/conduct issues. I aim to help clients develop self-awareness as we discover the coping strategies, supports, & routines that promote their healing journey. Empowerment is at the heart of my clinical practice, as I encourage you to recognize your inner resources & capabilities, ultimately building your self-esteem.
