I look forward to guiding you towards greater life satisfaction in small steps. Together, we will determine the root of your needs through reflection on your past experiences with family, friends, school and/or career. We will evaluate your attachment style, your cycle of thoughts and actions and support small changes in your day-to-day. I use a blend of solution focused, cognitive behavioral and relational techniques to facilitate our process. At our first session, we will discuss your needs and wishes in therapy. If the therapeutic process is new for you, we will discuss how therapy works for most, and tailor the process specifically to you.
