I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who may be experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, feelings of isolation and disconnection, coping with life changes, ADHD, and more. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider as well. I bring play, creativity, mindfulness, psycho education, breath work, etc. into therapy to help foster a sense of empowerment, presence, and freedom in others. I see therapy as a collaborative process meant to integrate and honor a client’s values, background, identity, and diversity factors to promote individualized growth and empowerment.
