Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it's not always easy to navigate change, relationships, or the uncertainty that comes with growth. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore what's happening in your life without judgement and begin to find a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable. I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My approach is eclectic and collaborative-I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based perspectives, and trauma-informed care to meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs.
