I am a therapist with an integrative style that personalizes skills, strategies and supports to meet the needs of the individual I am serving. I provide care for clients with a variety of mental health concerns, and I am comfortable treating children, teens, adults, and families. I’m a Registered Nurse and a Clinical Social Worker, and my 15 years of clinical experience span outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care, as well as crisis, palliative care, and school-based mental health. I strive to offer trauma-informed, thoughtful, collaborative care in a nonjudgmental, accepting, and supportive environment. The first session will be an intake, during which we will explore your strengths, challenges, values, and lived experience. I will be asking you about your goals for therapy. This sets the groundwork for your therapy sessions, where we will work towards your desired change.
