I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing psychotherapy to adults with anxiety, interpersonal issues, and stress related to life transitions. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C) with over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic support around prenatal and postpartum mental health issues (depression, anxiety, and trauma) and helping my clients navigate the stressors and emotional challenges that arise during every age and stage of parenthood. As a therapist, I believe that connection and collaboration with a trusted person on a regular basis can be the catalyst for meaningful change.
