My name is Corina Forte, and I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families heal from trauma, cope with mood disorders, and find meaning during serious illness. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, focusing on grief, loss, and trauma counseling. I also completed post-graduate training at the Jung Institute, deepening my background in Jungian theory. In my work, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment for my clients to feel safe exploring their inner experiences. I employ a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy,Gestalt therapy, existential therapy, and expressive arts.
