As a licensed social worker from the University of Chicago Crown Family School of Social Work, I have a wide range of experience in different counseling therapies. I primarily work with DBT and ACT approaches within a psychotherapy setting. My life experience with multiple alternative communities has inspired me to counsel those within such communities who might hesitate to engage in therapy.
