Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Antioch University and have been practicing for 4 years. I help children, adolescents and young adults struggling with peer-related and family issues process and increase healthy communication in their relationships. I help Parents/Caregivers cope with stressors associated with parenting and support them in implementing appropriate boundaries and engage in effective communication skills. In our first session together, I would love to hear about you and then dive into the specific challenges that you are facing. This will help me create a plan with you that will can lead us on the right path to supporting you in exploring and reducing the challenges you are facing.
