About
I am an LPC and seeing clients in Colorado and New Jersey. I have been in the mental health field for almost 6 years and have experience working with many populations and have worked in a variety of settings to include drug & alcohol detox, substance abuse/mental health partial hospitalization & intensive outpatient and transitioned into private practice over 2 years ago. I enjoy working with young adults & adults who are looking to gain a better understanding of themselves & build their most balanced life. I want my clients to leave sessions with me with new insights or patterns of thinking. I have a warm, but direct approach and believe strongly in the client and therapist relationship and building a foundation of trust.
