I offer compassionate, down-to-earth support for adults navigating life’s tender and challenging seasons. I specialize in the perinatal and postpartum period, including birth trauma and reproductive loss. I also work with grief—whether from the loss of a loved one, relationship, or pet—and support clients through life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem struggles. In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other. I’ll invite you to share how you’ve been feeling lately and explore what may be contributing to those experiences. This initial meeting is about creating a safe, trusting space where you feel seen and heard.
