My clients are adults and older teens struggling with anxiety, depression, or disconnection from who they really are. They often carry the weight of past trauma, complicated relationships, or chronic stress. Many are navigating functional neurological disorder (FND), narcissistic abuse recovery, complex trauma, medical gaslighting, or major life transitions. They've spent years second-guessing themselves or being told their experiences weren't valid. What they want is to feel like themselves again—to reconnect with their inner clarity and strength.
