I am licensed in California with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you possess many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges you face. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am proud of you for getting started! In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. Having worked with adults for the past 5 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
