When growing your family doesn’t go as planned, it’s common to feel overwhelmed and out of control. It can feel like drowning in uncertainty of spinning thoughts in every direction. You’ve followed all the steps, done everything "right," and still hit unexpected roadblocks. The vision you had for your future might fee uncertain or out of reach. It can feel like a betrayal from your body, the process, or from the universe itself. The emotional rollercoaster of navigating the path to parenthood can feel like being caught in a storm with spiraling thoughts of confusion, grief and frustration—with no clear way out. I’ve spent over a decade supporting people through this journey; whether facing fertility challenges, exploring surrogacy or adoption, or deciding to build a meaningful life without parenting—each journey is deeply personal. The fear of regret or making the "wrong decision" can lead to feeling stuck- avoiding decisions altogether.
