Hi there! I specialize in working with folks who are experiencing behaviors and emotions that are difficult to understand. Together, we can explore what those thoughts and feelings are, how best to understand them, learn about treatment approaches, and set goals. I enjoy helping to build a support network that has your best interest at heart, and allows you to share your experience with those supports in a way that gives you choice and dignity. LGBTQAI+ affirming and compassionate care is the standard here, as is support around accessing reproductive healthcare. My approach is nonjudgemental and collaborative. I work from a relational framework that places emphasis on the impact relationships and societal messages have on how we make our way through the world. Harm reduction provides a way to look at substance use that allows for reflection before action, and relapse as part of recovery.
