I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in community and mental health settings. I specialize in grief, dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities, and life transitions, supporting individuals and families through complex responsibilities, relationships, trauma, and change. As someone who has dyslexia and the parent of two children with dyslexia, I understand firsthand its impact on confidence and emotional well-being. This lived and professional experience allows me to offer therapy that is compassionate, practical, and affirming.
