Providing a safe space for someone to share how they feel, work on difficult emotions and experiences is my goal. I strive to create a holding environment for someone to emote and grow. Allowing for cathartic and hopeful moments to happen all through a strong rapport and relationship. Through empathy, understanding and experience I hope to provide therapeutic support and interactions to promote acceptance, change and understanding for my clients.
