Before I was a professional counselor, I served as both a school psychologist and as the Access Coordinator for Elmhurst University. I am very comfortable working with adults, students, teachers, and parents and know that we all get stuck sometimes. I love helping people pursue the "3 R's" - readiness for change, reasonable goal setting, and resiliency!
