As a board-certified music therapist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults in meeting clinical goals through creative avenues. No musical experience is necessary to benefit from services. I strive to work collaboratively with clients to identify the most appropriate goals for treatment and maintain an effective relationship. Depending on the goals, sessions may include: guided music relaxation, songwriting, instrument play, lyric analysis, therapeutic singing, music listening, music and mindfulness, music and art, movement to music.
