Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating one of life’s many transitions, therapy can be a space to feel heard, understood, and more grounded in yourself. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and never about pushing or pulling—it’s about walking alongside you on your journey. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches like CBT, EMDR, ACT, and Gottman-informed strategies, and I also bring myself fully into the room.
