My counseling approach is determined by the client's preference and personal goals as well as the nature of the issue. Any approach will incorporate a strengths-based, client-centered focus that seeks to enhance a person's level of motivation for personal growth and change. I look forward to sharing this journey with you. I use a combination of motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, Sandtray play therapy, and internal family systems therapy to help my clients deal with things like depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, behavioral management, emotional dysregulation, relationship stress, parenting support etc.
