Cornwall Counseling provides personalized behavioral health services in a supportive and nonjudgmental outpatient environment. We believe in a collaborative approach, empowering you to take an active role in your care alongside our licensed mental health professionals. Our services include Emotional Intelligence Improvement, rational emotional behavior therapy (REBT), mindfulness education, life coaching, and career guidance. We offer individual, couples, group, and family counseling to meet various needs. Serving individuals from ages 6 to 106, we focus on overall well-being.
