As a licensed clinical psychologist, I work with adults who want to feel more grounded, balanced, and connected in their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking relief from anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship challenges, or simply a space to make sense of change. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, offering a place to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s getting in the way of feeling at ease. Using evidence-based approaches like ACT, we’ll look at the patterns that cause distress and work toward responding to them with more awareness and flexibility.
