I work best with people who are committed to staying engaged in their lives. There are many internal and external roadblocks that get in the way of full engagement, and I believe that therapy can help when we are in that stuck place. I love to help people access their emotional truth through building self-awareness, allowing space for all of their feelings, and processing past traumas. I have found that individual mental health is inseparable from relational health and enjoy working with couples or individuals about relationship issues.
