I am experienced in techniques, such as EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, Trauma Focus-CBT (Children & Adolescents), and Cognitive Therapy. My training and experience lends to lessening the discomfort and confusion, which often distracts the sufferer from being able to see a way out.
