Are you the parent of a “difficult” child? Are you constantly struggling to manage challenging behaviors in your home? Whether you are seeking therapy solely for your child or yourself, or both, I would love to work with you! One of my greatest joys in working with children in therapy is to also reach parents who are stressed out and under supported. It is my delight to work with children, parents, and entire family units to achieve some sort of homeostasis wherein everyone is able to thrive. I take special interest in trauma, foster/adoption, ADHD, and OCD. My theoretical approach is a mix of many including Reality Therapy, CBT, Person-Centered, Psychodynamic, and Family Systems. I like to keep therapy creative and often incorporate components of art therapy, walk therapy, sandtray, and play.
