Most clients seek me out to work on their relationships. I see individuals, couples and families. The typical age range that I work with is 10+. Individual clients focus on increasing self-confidence, easing anxious or depressive symptoms, healing past wounds and growing in their interpersonal skills. Couples focus on strengthening their marriage by increasing their knowledge of each other, building fondness and admiration, solving solvable problems, and learning how to be influenced by one another. Families are looking for support through life stage transitions, new or unexpected challenges or insight into how to co-parent well.
