I work with adults and families surrounding difficulties with anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, and managing the stresses of college or work. I specialize in providing guidance to parents through transitions, your child's diagnosis, and managing the stress of parenting. I will work together with you, both as a guide and your team member, to help you set goals and work to meet those personal goals. I will help you to not only alleviate your symptoms as quickly as possible, but to understand the causes of your difficulties sufficiently so that you will less likely experience a re-emergence of symptoms as soon as therapy ends.
