Hello, I appreciate you being here and seeking support. I have been providing therapy since 2016 with a variety of focuses (LBGTQ and addiction, transitional-aged youth, clients in crisis) and currently provide support for clients experiencing/have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, feeling overwhelmed, and struggles with motivation, amongst other challenges. I am a firm believer in therapy being a collaborative process and that I help my clients identify and build on the strengths they already possess. Knowing that everybody's journey is unique, I tailor therapy to reflect those individualized needs. Along with being a certified practitioner with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help target depression, anxiety, motivation, and relationships, I have a focus with trauma and am a certified practitioner with EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy with a focus on male survivors of sexual abuse.
