Availability: Mondays at 1:30 every other week. If you've been carrying the weight of unprocessed trauma, depression has drained your energy, or you feel stuck in old patterns of anxiety, I understand how exhausting this can be. If you're pregnant or in the postpartum phase, these pressures can be even more intense. You don't have to figure this out alone.
