There's no time like today to start making changes. Although I have specialized training in perinatal mental health, in general I enjoy working with individuals through various life transitions. Whether it be entering adulthood, struggling with relationships, transitions after a marriage or as children go through various developmental stages; I support clients in building on their strengths and accessing supports and resources in their community and environment. Through exploration of childhood experiences, attachment, love language, and life traumas, I help clients learn about themselves, set and achieve goals.
