My ideal client is an adult who carries a lot internally—someone who appears steady or composed but feels overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to articulate what’s happening inside. They may rely on thinking rather than feeling, overanalyze situations, or repeat emotional patterns without knowing why. They want clarity and depth, not quick fixes. Their goal is to understand themselves more fully, improve their relationships, and feel more grounded and authentic in their daily lives.
