My name is Cory O’Neal, LMFT 121993. My approach to therapy is grounded in experience and theory. I practice Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Informed, DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Grief and use Motivational Interviews with single adults, couples, and young adults. I believe in the human spirit to grow, change, and learn. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I work with all types of clients: young adults and adults. I have life and professional experience in adoption, multicultural relationships, divorce, grief, disabilities, separation, racial inequity, and parenting.
