I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) who has worked in the field for 25 years. I have extensive experience working with adolescents, adults and families. I truly enjoy my work and strive to provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment for my clients. I specialize in anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, frustration tolerance, stress management and family dynamics. I utilize techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and relaxation skills; with a little bit of humor on the side ;)
