I am passionate about working with individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, and other related symptoms. With many years of experience in elementary schools, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique needs of children facing these challenges. More recently, I’ve expanded my focus to include working with youth transitioning into adulthood, as well as adults who are managing similar struggles. I help them build the skills and strategies needed to thrive.
